  • The Lionsbot Cloud Platform collects and stores data regarding customers' basic information for authorization, building maps, Robot's activity logs generated from daily operations. Lionsbot sole business intent collecting the sensitive data above is to help the client to perform following and you agree that we may use your personal data for the following purposes:

-Avoid unauthorized usage of the robot.


-Rightful usage of the robot.


-Organized Client Information.


-To traceback in case of emergency.​

  • To provide you with information on LionsBot or its products or services which we feel may interest you.

  • To respond to your questions and requests, to provide you with access to certain areas and features and to communicate with you about your activities on this Website.

  • The data is saved in the Lionsbot Cloud which is a SaaS-based delivery platform hosted in Amazon Web Services Cloud. The data is classified and stored by region (e.g., Singapore data in APAC servers and Italy data in EU server) and the data cannot be transferred between regions. The EU server is physically located in the Ireland region.

8. COLLECTION OF ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

  • Occasionally, when you connect to our Website we may collect information about your computer, including where available your IP address, operating system and browser type, for system administration and to report aggregate information to our advertisers. This is statistical data about our users' browsing actions and patterns, and does not identify any individual.​

10. DATA PROTECTION AND SECURITY

 

  • Lionsbot’s Data Protection Management Program (DBMP) Cycle ensures that our Cloud, App and  Robots are secured through cyber defense and data protection. The DBMP cycle understands the data & govern it to mitigate compliance risks in the following ways:


- Ensures that the Identification and Authentication to access our services (Cloud, App & Robots) are done through a central authentication and authorization service.


- Confirms that the Encryption for Data at motion are handled through TLS and Data at rest are through AES256.


- Roles Based Access Control (“RBAC”) model, which segregates the user groups through Separation of Duties and handling Privileges. RBAC enables Identify and Access Management (IAM) to classify user groups. E.g., Cleaning Supervisor, Cleaning Operator. Administrator has control and ensures consistency in best practices. In addition, the robots can only be accessed with 2 Factor Authentication.


- Monitors and Manages the Audit log. The logging of all user activities in the Audit log are Centralised to include valid and invalid attempts. (e.g., Logging in and out of LionsCloud, changing of passwords). Audit log also records Source, Type and Time of event.


- Handles Cyber Defense against common vulnerabilities through process OWSAP Top 10.

11. PROTECTION AND SECURITY OF LIONSBOT CLOUD

 

  • The data is saved in the Lionsbot Cloud which is a SaaS-based delivery platform hosted in Amazon Web Services Cloud.   • All customers receive their own tenant of the Lionsbot Robot Fleet Management Platform. The Lionsbot Fleet Management Platform is a multi-tenant client-server application where all customers receive their own instance. Tenants are logically separated to prevent unauthorized access to client data.

​

  • The Lionsbot Cloud Platform helps companies manage all aspects of their Cleaning Robot program by automating processes and providing expert security guidance. Our solution gathers the following types of customer data:


- Employee and admin names and email addresses


- Building Information and maps


- Fleet activities

 

  • Best practices are in place to encrypt Data at-rest and Data in-transit. Personal Data are masked and  only the administrator has full visibility. Session and access management are secured with Token based Authentication and Authorization. Map schematics are encrypted and stored in Cloud and are accessible only by Authorized User group. The Time to download these maps are limited and the link for downloading these maps expires after 15 mins.

  • ​The registration in the cloud takes place via the standard of 2 factor authentication. After registration, this ensures that the user has access to the data. 

​

12. PROTECTION AND SECURITY OF THE LIONSBOT ROBOTS 

​

  • The Lionsbot is equipped with 3 types of sensors. The following below provides an explanation on the data usage of the sensors.

​

LIDAR

 

  • The 3D/2D LIDARs provide distance measurements to objects or features. The LIDAR does not work with glass and performs poorly with reflective surfaces and black surfaces. No personal data is recorded. There are no possible hazards from the laser. Lasers (LIDAR technology) are used to map the places and for navigation.

​

SONAR

​

  • The long-range SONARs supplement the LIDARs by measuring distance to obstacles close to the  body of the robot, in their line of sight. No personal data is recorded. This sensor system is used to work with glass, reflective surfaces, and black surfaces.

​

CAMERA

​

  • The cameras also supplement the LIDARs in helping the Robots gauge the distances to objects in front of it. It is equipped with depth sensors and a RGB sensor. Images at full body length are captured at 10 Meters from Robot and these images are non-recognizable facial images. The captured images are processed through a real time processing method and therefore, it does not record or save pictures of the scene. The captured snapshots are processed to determine different types of obstacles around the robot and their distance from the robot. The snapshot is discarded and only the list of objects are stored as soon as a new snapshot is acquired from the camera.

13. DISPOSAL OF PERSONAL DATA

​

  • To ensure that personal data is kept for no longer than necessary, Lionsbot has put in place an archiving policy. We will, either after seven (7) years from our collection of your personal data, or a soon as it is reasonable to assume that such retention no longer serves the purpose for which the personal data was collected, and is no longer necessary for legal or business purposes cease to retain your personal data, remove the means by which the data can be associated with you, and we will dispose your personal data in the following manners:

a. If your personal data is contained in physical documents:


- Shredding

​

- Incineration; and/or


- Pulping


b. If your personal data is contained in electronic media


- Physical destruction of the media itself to render stored data inaccessible.


- Disposal of the personal data in the media only, through specialized software tools; and/or


- Degaussing.

 

14. SECURITY​

  • Lionsbot ensures that personal data is stored securely and is in accordance with our data security policy. Our security policy forms an essential part of these terms of use.

15. BREACH

​

  • In the event of a breach of security leading to the accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration, unauthorized disclosure of, or access to, personal data, Lionsbot shall promptly assess the risk to people’s rights and freedoms and if appropriate this breach is reported to relevant law enforcement authorities.
